when janae and i were going over some details about the upcoming session i reminded her that this time last year we were scheming and plotting the secret photo session we'd have to document the news that she and andrew were expecting their first baby sometime in summer of 2009. how quickly the time has passed! little did we know we'd be meeting up a year later to be taking their family photos. well actually, we probably did know it at the time. i wouldnt be surprised if we even penciled in a date for the session, thats just how exciting the thought of having mr. aiden around was. but i dont think anyone was prepared for how much joy and love he'd bring into everyone's lives. especially his mom & dad. andrew & janae are absolutely beaming with love over their new son and it is so so SO fun to watch. he's completely changed their world in all the right ways and you can just see it in their faces how much they LOVE being parents. this boy is completely adorable and i just cant get enough of those sweet little (big) cheeks.

Adorable! I'm glad you don't overprocess - I've seen a lot of photos lately where there is hardly any texture of skin or hair or the background. You have it balanced nicely. :)
Oh my gosh Stephanie you are so good! Aiden is adorable. I think that my favorite is the one where Janae and Andrew are kissing and Aiden is in the middle just looking around. I love it. And I miss you girl!!
