mr. aiden has made his debut into the world and everyone knows it! who could forget this little stud from his photo shoot we had just days after he arrived. his mom and i developed his announcement even before we met him and he fit so perfectly into what we had come up with. just LOOK at that face!! and his little power fist up in the air... come on. too cute.
this was my first birth announcement to design and i had a lot of fun with it. i wanted to incorporate elements of type and design that aren't seen too frequently in pieces like birth announcements, shower invites, etc. nothing to cutesey. i couldnt really ask for better "clients" though. mom & dad just wanted something simple and sweet to introduce their little guy to their friends and family. they had it all taken care of, i just sent the file on over and with a little help from their awesome company, d&l press, this card is mass produced and sent out all over the place. working with people who have their own print shop = a designers dream. but seriously, check out their new website and LOVE IT! so clean and user friendly.
